Shipping

Deliveries within Finland are free for orders over 100 euros, and delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. When ordering, please make sure that your address and especially phone number are correct as they are super important in the delivery process.

Delivery fees are:

Finland: 5 euros per package, but free of charge for orders exceeding 100 euros.
Sweden and Denmark: 10 euros for up to four pieces, and 20 euros for five or more
Other EU-countries, Norway and Switzerland: 20 euros for up to three pieces, and 30 euros for four or more
Other countries: 30 euros for up to three pieces, and 50 euros for four or more

Exchange and return

We understand that ordering from the internet can be a hassle and sometimes the actual product might not be what you wanted. You can exchange or return your unused Arksie if you for some reason are not satisfied with it. Just please tell us why so that we can learn from our mistakes 🙂

There is a return/exchange form in your delivery package, where you just need to fill in whether you are returning or exchanging your Arksie to another size. If you have not filled in all the needed details, we might not be able to refund your purchase. The products must be in the same condition as when received and all tags, labels, and accessories must be intact. Returns that do not fill these conditions, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer without a refund. Please place your Arksie in the original package together with the properly filled in return form and mail it to us to the following address:

For purchases outside Finland, you have the right to exchange or return your purchases within 14 days of purchase. When returning products, the customer is responsible for delivery costs and the product price is returned to the original payment method within four weeks after receiving the return package. You also have the option to get Arksie Gift card for that amount which will be mailed to you within 3 to 6 business days.

When exchanging a product, the customer is responsible for the return costs. After you’ve sent the package to us, please wait patiently for a while, there is no need to inform us. When exchanging your Arksie, we will send you your correct Arksie within 3 to 6 business days after receiving the return package. Unfortunately, at the moment, you have to pay for the delivery again unless the product is faulty, or we have originally shipped you the wrong item.

As we cannot be responsible for the return delivery, we recommend using trackable shipping options so that you can locate your package if something does go wrong.
