Making high quality garments that keep their colour and shape is very important to us. Therefore, we only use organic cotton, and have tested all our fabrics washing them relentlessly. Our cotton is GOTS-certified organic meaning that the used cotton is harvested from raw materials that are from environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing. We only use OEKO-TEX-certified dyes and colours in our fabrics. This way we can be sure that our clothes are safe for the little ones. When shopping with us, you will have three secure payment options. Arksie will never receive, see or handle your payment information regardless of which payment method you choose. If you pay your order during the checkout process, you should receive an order confirmation immediately. After this, we will process your order and ship the items that are in stock within three to five business days. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you ship it once we have it in stock. After the shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking code. The delivery times vary by country, you should receive your Arksie within EU in a week, and outside EU within three weeks. To see the shipping status, please use the tracking code from the shipping confirmation.

You will receive order and shipping confirmations via email and with your package. If you are missing the emails, please check your spam folder and if you still can’t locate them, please contact us.
